CED Consulting, LLC, was being planned long before its recent official launch. Clark grew up in the Maritime industry.  Working on the family 130 foot fishing vessel, then on to towing and processing ships and since 1967, Clark Dodge had served the State of Washington, primarily as a Staff Chief Engineer in the largest ferry system in the US.

His wide range of experience is in Operations, Vessel Management, New Construction, Design and Project Planning, Maintenance and system Retrofitting will help your team be a winner.   He has been heavily involved in Homeland Security, Employee Relations, Employee Safety and Passenger Vessel Safety.

A service award from Washington State Governor Gary Locke himself punctuated Mr. Dodge’s extensive civil career as he retired from civil service in January 2005 to launch his consulting business.

CED Consulting is an international consulting firm, which, Clark Dodge currently operates out of Koloa, Hawaii just up the road from world famous Poipo Beach.  Along with Woodward Governors he is building many contacts in Marine and Power around the Hawaiian Islands. 

Clark holds a USCG Chief Engineers license for Motor and Gas Turbines as well as United States Merchant Marine, of QMED rating and holds a TWIC document.  He has many certificates for Siemens, EMD, Cat, GE, Waukesha, and a host of others.  Clark is a member of SNAME and has been an elected official, so he has the skills to work directly with public and private companies. 

Clark's ability to work with owners, design engineers, shipyards, operators, service departments and regulatory agencies to be sure all the area's of the project are covered.  The choice of the equipment and design placed together with application determines an overall cost effective, maintenance reliable project.  

Clark is taking his many years of working directly with the design groups or engineering firms to solve the noise in our environment.  This could be noise in your work place, living spaces, public and private spaces, and to reduce noise or unwanted sound problems.  Now we have taken noise to the next level, by forming a partnership with a renowned navel architect and sound engineer in Seattle to form an international company, Argosy Acoustics Inc.  Clark is covering the Hawaiian Islands, Alaska, and the Pacific Rim, as AAI-Pacific, to work directly with noise, inside or outside, in the, Construction, Industrial, Highway, Restaurants, and Community markets.  Clark has many years dealing with Air and Water pollution as well as Storm-water and Waste-water conditions.  Don't let your customers and employees be subjected to controllable noise in the workplace or community.  We work directly with plant operators, ship owners and operators, in all the facets of shipboard and shore-side operations.
