Clark holds a USCG Chief Engineers license for Motor and Gas Turbines as well as United States Merchant Marine, of QMED rating and holds a TWIC document. He has many certificates for Siemens, EMD, Cat, GE, Waukesha, and a host of others. Clark is a member of SNAME and has been an elected official, so he has the skills to work directly with public and private companies.
